This session is a follow up to the previous session "The Linked Open Data Editor for BIBFRAME – Introduction, Background, Live Demo ".
During this session participants will catalog BIBFRAME records in their own environments. This can be done in a sandbox or production environment.
(We recommend that this be done in production, the records created during the session can be deleted after the session, if needed).
Prerequisites for joining this session:
- Attendance in the previous session "The Linked Open Data Editor for BIBFRAME – Introduction, Background, Live Demo"
- Enablement of BIBFRAME in your institution (where you will do the exercises). See also: Enabling BIBFRAME in Your Institution .
- To access the linked open data editor for BIBFRAME, the staff user must have at least one of the following roles:
- - Catalog Administrator
- - Cataloger
- - Catalog Manager
