Libraries are always changing and that can be seen in staff changes too. In 2025, after a decade working at Molloy University, Tabitha Ochtera made a switch to Brooklyn College, part of the CUNY system. There were many expected changes when making the move from a private Catholic institution to a public institution within a consortia but revisiting (and establishing) electronic resource management in Alma, wasn't one of them. While both institutions used Alma/Primo there was a significant difference in the information was being stored, Alma modules and workflows were being utilized, as well as, overall succession planning considerations. Join Tabitha as she discusses this transition, the challenges, echoes of past librarians, and information organization strategies implemented to date.
