In conjunction with the hiring and onboarding of two new librarians, the Acquisitions and Content Management team at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga Library audited electronic resource activations in Alma to ensure institutional holdings accurately reflect subscription content and are properly configured for discovery in the CDI. This presentation will discuss the research, planning, and execution of the audit, highlighting key pieces of information that were verified and impacts to discovery based upon our findings and changes. This presentation will feature reflections from librarians in the early stages of electronic resource management to benefit attendees new to this area of librarianship, while also covering a review process that will benefit seasoned electronic resource managers who may be looking to give their institution's configurations a second look.
