It is a time of shrinking staff and budgets, finding ways for the library to maximize both of these resources is critical. In this presentation we will demonstrate how our library has used the combination of Alma Analytics reports and the API to improve many different workflows and eliminate some previously tedious tasks. For example, through this combination we are able to review incoming records for completeness and flag those that are not; add and delete titles from our new book collections as they are purchased and received; and clean up completed requests that aren't closed properly. Although the impact of one of these is minimal, the sum of all can free the library to accomplish other initiatives.
