Our library’s interlibrary service has historically operated outside of Alma, with staff performing parallel workflows and users requesting from multiple interfaces. For the past two years, our library has worked to integrate both INN-Reach and ILLiad more closely with Alma with the goals of improving both staff workflows and patron requesting experience. We have used the D2IR API and ILLiad-Alma add-on’s to do this. In this presentation we will describe configuration and implementation steps required for setup, assess the current state of their operation, and suggest future improvements.
