The University of Minnesota Libraries recently opened its new off-site Collections Facility, which will house approximately 3.7 million volumes when full. Caiasoft was selected to be the storage management system being used for the Collections Facility. API integrations exist between Alma and Caiasoft, but may not meet an institution's full needs for resource sharing workflows. This presentation will discuss both the challenges of integrating Caiasoft with resource sharing systems in Alma and Rapido, as well as sharing Minnesota's solutions for end-to-end workflows and staff efficiencies.
