Session Information

The University at Buffalo recently went live with Rapido in December 2025. At this session, there will be a tongue-in-cheek discussion of our implementation and configuration, Primo customization, and Rapido workflows. Join us as we examine our inaugural semester, reviewing impacts on our existing Alma peer-to-peer and ILLiad resource sharing as well as sharing tips, tricks, and pitfalls.

Attendees will gain an understanding of the collaborative process of implementation and configuration.
Attendees will learn the various methods used by the University at Buffalo to customize and optimize the Rapido environment in Primo.
Attendees will learn the Rapido workflows used and why, and, hopefully, learn from our some of our pitfalls and be able to transfer this knowledge to their own environment.
