The post-migration phase of an ILS often involves a combination of challenges and new initiatives, marked by complexity and a fast-paced environment. Join this session to explore the post-migration experiences of two libraries. One library, which completed a migration from ALEPH to Alma in spring 2024, will discuss the challenges it encountered as well as the solutions and experiments it implemented to adapt to the new system. The other library, with more than four years of experience using Alma, will share its practices for enhancing services through the integration of multiple third-party applications, including Leganto, StackMap, LibKey, and more.
