Back to Schedule Check-inYou can join session 5 minutes before start time.

Session Information

To continue to develop during perpetual change, libraries need meaningful metrics beyond basic system usage. This session focuses on developing and applying administrative KPIs to assess the success of Ex Libris transitions, staff adaptations, and service improvements. Post-implementation and into maturity, the Consortium wants to focus on providing an appropriate baseline of product understanding, usability and efficiency – based on school adoption and usage metrics provided by ExL, we identified areas of improvement which will have the most impact when implemented.

Measuring What Matters: KPIs
Alma
Participants will understand how adoption and usage metrics inform targeted post-implementation improvements (e.g., SUSHI for efficient usage data harvesting) and will be able to outline the role of administrative KPIs in measuring sustained success during perpetual change in library systems.
Participants will identify high-impact areas for product enhancement based on real adoption metrics and apply administrative KPIs to assess Ex Libris transition outcomes, staff readiness, and service quality in a mature implementation phase.
