The Consortium of Academic and Research Libraries in Illinois (CARLI) has 94 institutions using Alma and Primo VE. CARLI is one of the largest consortiums using Alma with a Network Zone, which has led to challenges with Alma Analytics reporting. In this presentation, we will discuss how we set up and run an Annual Statistics Package on behalf of our Alma member libraries, with a focus on how to counterbalance the Alma Analytics reporting challenges with maximizing efficiency and adding quality control. We will also review what CARLI staff learned, through iterative testing, about Alma Analytics functionality and the scheduling and exporting of Analytics Objects. Lastly, we will briefly discuss our future goals for incorporating more efficiency into our reports.
