This session will discuss the opportunities and challenges inherent in activating Primo VE enhancements and developments in a consortial environment, where one size does not fit all. The presenters will review ways the State University of New York Libraries have optimized the Network Zone to benefit all 60 participating campuses, which range from 300 FTE community colleges to doctoral-granting institutions. They will also cover aspects of Primo VE that they wish could be more customized at the campus level, so that larger institutions, like the University at Buffalo, could pursue developments that might negatively impact smaller campuses. A description of SUNY's implementation decision-making structure will also be covered in the presentation.
