Back to Schedule Check-inYou can join session 5 minutes before start time.

Session Information

In order to maximize valuable physical space, libraries need to deselect (weed) items which are not needed or used.

The identification of the items to deselect can be done on two levels:

1. Does it also exist in electronic format?

2. What is the physical item usage? Has it been loaned in the last X years?

During this session we will look at how these records can be easily retrieved.

We will look at ready-to-use "out of the box" reports which can be customized locally.
