This presentation outlines SF State Library’s decision to go from using two resource sharing systems to using exclusively Rapido in our Interlibrary Services department. This decision came in response to limits on budget, personnel time, and logistical organizing. We will also outline some of our favorite features we’ve implemented in our Rapido setup that support our one-system model. Almost a year later, our application of Rapido has restored and exceeded the productivity of the two-system model used before.
